This comes as a 3 way tie but 1 as a whole. The Dark Knight series from Christopher Nolan is far and away the greatest thing to happen to movies. First off, the acting in each movie is superb. Christian Bale plays batman better than any and the argument about his voice being dumb is dumb in itself. Of course he has to change his voice. If people in Spider-Man were an ounce smarter and thought for a sec, his identity would be compromised. Not so with Batman. It fits perfectly. Next, each villain is flawlessly acted. Liam Neason, Tom Hardy and of course Heath Ledger. Ill admit that the Joker was the best villain, of all time. He was crazy good, pun intended. But watching Batman fight Bane and Ras was awesome. None of these villains were corny or made me go, pff.
The story lines were also amazing, they weren't just good superhero movies, they were amazing crime thrillers, of course props are needed for the Nolan bros. I can go on and on about these movies and I hate when people claim that there were flaws I these movies, cause there were 0. This is my taste of movies. All are 4** and then some
